Hmm. When shall it be better? I don't know. Maybe, tomorrow but I guess that you should start now to work for it. Anyone who wants to succeed must learn to shun excuses, bad ideas and prone places and learn to take responsibilities, build yourself up and meet people for the purpose of sharing knowledge.
Distance yourself from people who always discourage you from achieving your aim. The truth is, on the long run, you may not even need them.
